A fourth-order class in Wikidata, e.g., third-order class (Q24017465), is a class all of whose instances are implicitly or explicitly an instance of (P31) third-order class (Q24017465). A class is implicitly a fourth-order classes if it is a subclass of (P279) another class that is a fourth-order class. These implicit instance of (P31) statements are not all observable in Wikidata. There are vanishingly few natural fourth-order classes. Before stating that a class is an instance of (P31) fourth-order class (Q24027474) check carefully that it is actually a fourth-order class.
